So, what meditation did you do in the night when you are happy?… Surely no meditation, only quiet, only not speaking about the people. ” He is a good man, she is a bad woman ” So, nothing of that do you keep in the mind and you are always happy and always meditating. ”

Does it take a Plane, a Train, a Car or a Ship? What do you need to go within?
Do you need a flight or do you need to go by surface or by road or by track?
These are the 4 most common ways we use to go from one place to another, Right?
So, how many miles does it take to be with yourself? Tell me what mode of transport do you prefer?
” Go ask inside yourself right now.., ” How Many Miles does it Take for me to be with Myself? “
Even without seeing you in person or hearing your words, I can bet you said… ” None! “
Why! Because, there is no distance. You dont need a ship, nor a plane, nor a car, nor a train.

“My Story”
There was a point in my life back in 2010 where, as much as I “Thought” I knew about meditation and life and such, I came to realized I knew nothing at all.
Even though I had studied for years and went through lifes ups and downs of experiences and learned so much about different types of therapies of the mind and body, I truly came to know that I knew nothing at all.
This realization of knowing that what I “Thought” and we “Think” our way into meditation, focusing on the breath, the body and so on, was just really drifting the mind and focusing the mind on one thing after another.

Like it was chasing its own tail, seeking and hoping to find that experience like non other. This is when it hit me deeply that “something else” is pointing me to just be silent but what is it?
For months this feeling kept coming to me, to not focus, look or seek anything in or out. “Just Let It Be”. But somehow I still was not getting the point or understanding of it, until a young friend of mine pointed me to watch a video of someone.
This young friend had no idea that I was in this search or wonder of what im supposed to do to let go of the attachments to mind, body or concepts.
‘But’ like it was handed from source itself, I sat and watched a vibrant looking man whom was named Mooji, he spoke and talked and mentioned of the same thing in all the videos I had watched of him.

” Meditation Is Not What You Think? “
And so like a bolt of lightening, a switch that had never been turned on or off, some awareness happened that just began to open without ever been closed or open to begin with. Inside or outside, up or down, left or right made no difference it was all of it.
I had begun to open and explore this awareness of self, and the more I had come to learn that we all are not what we “Think”, but “Thoughts” happen “Within” this awareness, in this “Beingless Being”.
It is not something I can tell you or convince you to try this or purchase that, it is something you have to experience for yourself.
Something will come about and you will come to an awareness that all that is happening within your life is just happening Within this awareness, and it is not the Awareness itself that you truly are, but you are this Beingless Being, this non attached true source of all what we call and Think is life…
Life, information, thoughts, situations all only happen within this awareness, this nothingness, this beingless being, but they are not the awareness itself.
So I thought I would put a slight description below from Mooji of a guided meditation so that if you may like to explore for your self.

Witnessing the Observer Within
The one thing we may say that is missing in our lives is actually not what we thought it was. It is not the materials of life nor anything other.
When you know who You are. You will not worry about anything coming or going!
The one thing that you have being missing, is in fact to, “Be Completely Clear Who You Are“ That is worth more than anything.
All the others they have come, Peace has come, Joy has come, Space has come, Spontaneity has come. And You are the witness to all of these, But you are Who?
Who are You? Who is the witness of all of them. ” Sometimes you must ask this question, Can the witness be itself witnessed? “ Find out! as this one thing is more important than all the materials or money in the world.
This is the Truth. “When you know who you are, You will not worry about anything coming or going”
This thing you must find, and you must be clear about it.
It indeed may come and go, like all of these materials may come and go. What ever is movable can come and go.
But You who is witnessing all of this, Be very clear ” Who Is That? ”
Does it have the title of a father or a son, or a man or a woman. You have to be able to go beyond all of these labels, ” All Of Them.” And go back into your original being your original inner sense.
It is here awaiting discovery and recognition. Just as you do. This is your opportunity. The rest is like manifesting commodities even, they come and go. What is that, that does not come and go?
Fix your attention on that.See if it can come and go?… Even if you feel silence, what is witnessing the silence? Dont try to jump out with answers to yourself. As answers are cheap. Hold the question, sink inside yourself with this question.
What is it that observes the silence? What is observing the space within? and by what is space observed? I do not want to say listen to yourself, I want you to Listen Within Yourself. Look in yourself.
“What could be the outcome of this question?” What is it that is even aware of silence? of space?
Dont just use your head for that. Where does this question lead? What is found in the light of this question who are You?
Feel it, dont just think it. Look from your heart not your head. ” Who Are You? ”
In Who’s presence is all of this appearing? by the light of consciousness, Who Are You?
Dont just jump out with an answer. Find out deep in You, what is your experience?
This you must contemplate. Be with this.
” This Question Will Introduce You To Your Own Buddha! “
When you meet that one internally, there wont be two. There wont even be one.
I hope you are one that can complete this question within You. Because it seems life has already prepared a path for you, to solve this mystery.
