We contribute to our health by many things, mainly our thoughts which are then transmuted into feelings and emotions. Of which can cause and make ourselves full of life or ill by doing so.
Having a tantric daily practice can bring you closer as a couple; or even by yourself, it also helps to cultivate more sexual energy for expanded states of awareness and possibly enlightenment.
The energy that we use in certain manners of thought and actions can either help to heal us or in the same way cause us illness, just by in which way we use the enery of our surroundings or our thoughts feelings and emotions.
Many many attribute loving or non loving, fulfillment or emptiness, exceptance or loneliness as or good or bad or an illness or disease and the way to fix this or heal ourselves as being of an external origin, but both originate within the mind and body of the individual.
The benefits of this awareness, comes in many great curative ways, like; good health, healthy out look of life, great sexual energy, openness, energetic, happy, loving, ready to exercise, or sexercise, good dietary eating and supplements, proper nutrition, relaxation, all a very important part of helping us combat any illness and all low frequency of every day thoughts.
Some of the measurable benefits are:
- Sexual health and life improves.
- We look and feel better.
- Our energy level is increased.
- Our general mood will improve.
- Our self-esteem and confidence are enhanced.
- We think more clearly and are better able to combat the stress in our lives.
- We are less likely to project the traditional body language of the depressed, i.e. inability to maintain eye contact, slouched posture, worried or blank look, to commit ourselves to our partners or potential partners etc.
- We are more likely to pay attention to our way of dressing, personal hygiene and personal surroundings.
Daily Practice
The daily practice is quite simple, it starts with intention.
So by creating some sort of intention together, be it to get closer together, or to fulfil yourself sexually or increase more pleasure.
Whatever that intention is and taking some time together to talk a little about what is your intention today? What do we want to manifest out of our daily practice together?
The next step is activating the body. Finding something that really activates you, this could your trip to the gym or it could be dancing or whatever that really activates you.
Then stilling the mind, and going into meditation, taking a number of deep breaths together something that quiets the busyness of the mind. “As mentioned in great detail in the book “THE ORGASMIC COUPLE” by Mantak Chia.
From this stillness to arouse sexual energy, and at this point you might want to go into sexual intercourse or erotic massage. Something that really feels great to you, that really arouses you.
Then transmuting this sexual energy, so moving this sexual energy throughout the entire body really finding ways to move that energy to expand that energy up and through your body.
And playing in this space, from there you created a heart space. Its actually a space thats been proven that you get into this space of feeling more love. Your bodies producing more chemicals like Oxytocin and Pea “Pulseless Electrical Activity refers to any heart rhythm observed on the electrocardiogram that should be producing a pulse, but is not” and some of these things that give you this feeling of bonding and connection and love.
So finding some way to play together and perhaps playing in this space is your way of spending the rest of the day together if you do this in the morning or if you are doing this while making love.
So NOW!!
Let’s play with this formula
We are going to start by activating the body. The intention here is really to bring you and your partner closer together.
So as you lay down side by side flat on your back on a bed or floor or where ever is comfortable for you both.
As you are laying there begin to mention to yourselfs silently or slightly aloud your body parts, and as you mention to yourself that body part begin to tense that body part and then release it.
- On the tension, You inhale
- And on the relaxation, You exhale
Now step by step slowly take each step at your own pace.
On your lower left leg, then on your Upper left leg,
- Tense for a second or two and inhale
- Then relax and exhale
Lower right leg, then on your Upper right leg,
- Tense for a second or two and inhale
- The relax and exhale
Pelvic bowl and Gluts
- Tense for a second or two and inhale
- The relax and exhale
Lower abdomen
- Tense for a second or two and inhale
- The relax and exhale
Upper chest
- Tense for a second or two and inhale
- The relax and exhale
Lower left arm, then on your Upper left arm
- Tense for a second or two and inhale
- The relax and exhale
Lower right arm, then on your Upper right arm
- Tense for a second or two and inhale
- The relax and exhale
Neck and shoulders
- Tense for a second or two and inhale
- The relax and exhale
Face and head
- Tense for a second or two and inhale
- The relax and exhale
Now… notice how you feel…
Now... All of the left leg, tense it, and relax. Now tense all of the right leg, and now relax.
Gluts and torso, tense. and relax. Pull and tense the right arm, and relax, now pull and tense the left arm, now relax.
Neck, shoulders, face and head, tense. Now relax.
The whole body, tense. Now relax. again whole body, tense. Now relax.
One more time, whole body, tense, tense, tense and now relax.
NOW… relax and take a deep breath.
This really activates the body, it gets the blood flowing and gets the body activated.
Now… Roll onto your side, and have your partner come in behind you and spoon position with you.
So from this spoon position you come into stilling the mind.

Now… relax and take some long deep breaths together.
Now place the tip of the tongue on the roof of the mouth, about an inch just behind the teeth, holding there throughout.
And breathing in and out throughout the nose.
When your stilling the mind, we want to notice your thoughts, its not as if you are trying to push thoughts out, but just simply notice them passing by like clouds in the sky ” ” so as they come not attaching to them not allowing the stories to run, like theres another thought, and theres another thought and so on…just watching each thought as it goes by. Now…Breathing in and out through of your nose, see if you can synchronize your breath to one anothers. Breathing in unison with one another.
Nice big deep breaths…
And NOW…we are going to alternate the breath,
As she breaths in he breaths out, and vice versa. And exhale with an AHH sound so your partner knows that you are exhaling so your partner knows your exhaling and knows when to inhale or exhale.
So as he exhales with an AHH she inhales and then she exhales with an AHH sound, he inhales. Alternating each time.
Move back to breathing in unison with each other. Big deep breath In and exhale.
Now…switch positions now and your going to move into arousing sexual energy.
So now go ahead and sit up, and you are going to face each other, one placing their legs over the others legs and you place your arms around him/her and he/she places their arms around you. Similar Like the picture below.

So you have eye connection, NOW close your eyes and bring your awareness down to your genitals.
Putting your awareness at your genitals where the root chakras are based.
For men the ROOT CHAKRA is located between the scrotum and the anus, and for women high in the vagina high on the back wall.
And you are going to contract and relax the muscles.
So as you inhale…relax and as you exhale you contract. Deep breath in relax. Exhale and contract.
By contracting and relaxing these muscles you are actually building more erotic and sexual energy.
Again… Deep breath in, Relax. Exhale and contract.
Adding pelvic movement, deep breath in and back. Exhale and moving forward as if you are moving inside your partner for intercourse. Add the sound AHH as you exhale.
Deep breath in… Exhale… AHHHH
Again…Inhale, relax… Exhale AHHH
Deep breath in… Exhale AHHH
One last time… Deep breath in, contract the Root Chakra, hold, hold, hold for a few seconds and take a sniff of air and Exhale… release breathing out….AHHH.
Deep breath in and draw the energy up the spine and hold it in the head, and contract the Root… hold, hold, hold again for a few seconds and take a sniff of air in through your nose. And Exhale…AHHH.
So now you are transmuting the sexual energy take a deep breath in, draw it up the spine to the head. Hold it in the head contracting the Root closing if off, and taking a sniff of air into the nostrels and exhaling…AHHH.
So from here you may want to shift into love making or kissing or doing an erotic massage like a kundalini massage or something like that
Or what ever feels good for you to do from here, if this is how you play or you are about to get up and go to work or out somewhere or stay in bed with your love one all day really happy with all this juice is flowing.
So this completes the tantric practic, starting with intention then activating the body. Stilling the mind, arousing sexual energy, transmuting the sexual energy by moving it through the body. Playing in the space and from there you get to create your day, what ever fantastic day that maybe
