Gi Ma Sae
Gi mae sae, horse stance or in yoga it is chair position as many new age people call it. It is a Chi kung asana for opening All 8 extraordinary vessels…It is a bone marrow washing chi kung position.
Gi mae sae is different in its approach. Top Athletes, even powerful Shaolin Monks have a hard time doing this position.
It causes torsion in the body twisting a splintering force, causing multipal micro fractures on your bones which in turn causes it to become much stronger, and when your is that much stronger what ends up happening is that you end up building bone marrow bone mass.
Which in turn causes renewed health to all of your body.
The chi produced by this technique causes a heat so uncomfortable that it travels up and within your body that it forces your whole nervous system to upgrade itself.
Resulting in you becoming extremely powerful your bones become bigger and you have fresh red blood cell and white cell production.
It also gives the same benefits as the microcosmic orbit.. Things such as premonitions are often expected…
