The Sacred Qigong method known Gi ma sae, 5 elements horse stance or in yoga it is chair position as many new age people call it.  It is a Qigong asana for opening all 8 extraordinary vessels… It literally is a bone marrow washing Qigong position.  Gi mae sae is different in its approach than many other healing techniques.

The practice of Gi Ma Sae literally causes torsion in the body twisting a splintering force, Forcing blood into your bone marrow, causing multiple micro fractures on your bones which in turn Renews Bone Marrow causing it to become much stronger, healthier and produces more fresh blood great for health.

Which in turn renews all internal organs.

When explaining to the people why it makes enduring the pain of the practice so much easier as they practice more and more. Is because when they know it serves a higher purpose to their overall health they become really excited and very appreciative and happy to practice and learn more about their own self and bodies.

You would be surprised that many people do not know much of what really goes on within the body and some are just not that interested to know at all.

But to help and give a quick insight to why it’s important to know of what the job of the bone marrow does? And what’s in bone marrow? And why practicing the Qigong technique of Gi Ma Sae is very beneficial for your health.

I’ll explain below.

Bone Marrow: is the spongy tissue inside your bones. In humans, marrow in large bones produces new blood cells. It constitutes 4% of the total body weight of humans. Bone marrow produces new blood cells- red blood cells, platelets, and white blood cells.

What’s in bone marrow?

Stem Cells: Stem cells are potentially any cell we need. They are remarkable because they have the ability to develop into any of the more than 200 cell types in the human body, and once developed, they can produce more cells like themselves. Stem cells are the most undeveloped of all the cells in the body. They are central to the body’s ability to heal after injury, and to renew itself as old cells die (such as in the skin, which is constantly in the process of sloughing off dead cells and making new ones below the surface.

Our organs are made of cells. And these cells are made of and live in a water solution.

Why do we need to maintain good health in our blood?

Our blood also is mostly water and serves to dissolve process and transport nutrients, and eliminate waste materials.

” In the case of dehydration, the blood becomes thick and saturated, not being able to flow properly. The excess of toxins must then be stored within the interstitial space surrounding the cells pending elimination for life to continue, and over time this space begins to resemble a toxic waste site – an acidic medium. Since the cells cannot have the proper oxygenation and nutrition they begin to change in form and function in order to survive. The end stage of this process results in the cells not resembling normal cells at all, and they continue living by means of fermentation rather than the normal oxidative mechanisms. – This is when the oncologist will tell you that you have CANCER” – source: J.H. Tilden, Toxemia.

The chi produced by practicing this technique causes a heat so uncomfortable that it travels up and within your body that it forces your whole nervous system to upgrade itself.

5 Element Horse Stance Instructions:

Press hands together hard in prayer position with elbows raised to give centre alignment in the body.

Lean forward a little while putting all the weight on the big toes; this too will help align the body for balance.

Once centred, from this position proceed to lower yourself like you are going to sit on a chair.

Abdominal breathing. Keep stomach tight. Clench perineum on exhale. Tongue to the roof of mouth on inhale.

Exhale tongue normal level. Hands pushing forward, extending, keeping arms straight…

Fig.7 through to Fig.9, keep arms straight.

Visualize yourself pushing an invisible wall. Visualize the earth between your knees and your crushing it.

Breathe the pain from your thighs to the Dan tien… It’ll be useless if you don’t.

Chin tucked in slightly, head back. Keep your chin level.

Try your best to get 90 degrees to the floor… A little higher is ok. Try to put your weight on your big toes, but keep your knees behind your toes.

Visualize your head extending to your ceiling or to clouds.

Back straight.

Thumb knuckle on pinkie finger. “Fig.10”

Feet pigeon toed. A little straight is ok. Try to shift your weight onto your big toes. The reason they’re pigeon toed is because it creates tension/torsion. Which doesn’t let energy out, and builds more energy.

Try hold this position for as long 90seconds and slowly build up to 3minutes, 5minutes and 15mins and so on.

By doing so you will have given your health and energy a massive boost in all areas and cellular levels.

As you slowly start to raise yourself out of the Gi ma Sae position.

Keeping the same tension as in the stance point your fingers straight forward.

Arms shoulder width apart, palms facing down. Then pull your hands back towards you as you begin to stand up

Exhale while you move your palms downward, then breathing in once more begin to raise your arms and then breath out as you are moving your palms downwards once again (Fig.13, Fig.14) and then rest your arms at your sides.

“As mentioned earlier, meditation or some sort of relaxation is advised at some point during your day before or after practicing the Qigong method of Gi Ma Sae”.

“Frequently Asked Questions”

Q1: What is the best guide on meditation?

A: Many people like different approaches to meditations, but the secret of real meditation is being still. I shall say it in these 7 words: Be Still & know you are GOD.

Q2: For how long of my life do I have to do Gi Ma Sae?

A: Well. That question is up to you. Do you want to try as hard as you can everyday and burn out within a year? Or do you want to start doing it once a week, then eventually holding it for 30 minutes every day or two? If you want to do something your whole life, you don’t want to burn out.

Q3: How long should I relax or do meditation for before or after practicing?

A: Start meditating only at about 5 minutes. Only every couple weeks do you add a minute.

Q4: What if my knees are normally clicking now when I bend them?”

A: Your knees are weak and need conditioning with things such as squats before you start 90 degree holds. Perhaps try 90 degree horse stance.

Q5: What if I feel over active and on edge?

A: You’re doing the stance much too often, try doing it outside, maybe once or twice a week.

Q6: What if I’ve had an emotional outburst in the stance? Like I’ve started to cry?

A: It’s past regression finding its way out through this exercise.

Q7: I can’t get 90 degrees, any suggestions?

A: Stretch… Everything, lower back stretches, hip flexors, Strengthen your feet/legs. also focus very much on visualizations.

Q8: How high should my hands be?

A: Your thumb knuckle and pinkie knuckle touching should meet roughly at about eye bridge level.

Q9. How should the tail bone and low back should be? Completely straight or retain natural curvature of the low spine?

A. Do not tuck the tailbone, in order to focus all the pain to your thighs. You only tuck in your tailbone if your knees are weak and you want to focus the attention on your gluts.
